Our Commitment to Quality

Each item is crafted with the finest materials and undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us for evaluation. If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or substitute the item at no additional cost. If the damage is not a manufacturing defect and charges apply, we will notify you before proceeding.

Exclusions from the Warranty

Fine jewellery naturally experiences wear and tear, especially rings that endure daily use. The following are excluded from coverage under the Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty:

Scratches, dents, or wear from everyday use
Loss of gemstones from accidental damage or trauma
Loss or theft of jewellery
Damage caused by neglect or lack of maintenance
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, hot tubs, pools, or bathing
Prongs thinning or bending over time leading to gemstone loss
Damage from accidental impact or mishandling

Repairs & Service

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, contact our Customer Service team to receive a prepaid shipping label for return. Our experts will inspect your item upon receipt. If the damage is covered, we will repair or replace your jewellery at no cost and return it promptly. For non-covered repairs, we will provide a quote for your approval before proceeding.

Warranty Conditions

Valid from the date of purchase for items bought directly from True Brilliance
Non-transferable and applies only to original, unaltered pieces
Warranty is void if repairs or services are performed by third-party jewellers

Insurance

We recommend insuring your jewellery for loss, theft, or major damage, especially your centre stone. While lab-grown diamonds are highly durable, they are not indestructible.
